What we collect
Only what's needed to run your billboard spot: your name and email (from Google sign-in), the ad image you upload, your booking details (tier, run month, status), and — if you pay — a record of the payment from our payment processor. That's the whole list.
No tracking pixels, no third-party ad trackers, no data brokers, no fingerprinting. We don't follow you around the internet.
How we use it
Your ad image is used for exactly one thing: displaying and running your billboard spot (and showing it back to you in your account). Your email is used for booking updates — waitlist code, approval, run confirmation, proof — and nothing else. No marketing spam, no list-building.
What we never do
Your data is never sold, rented, traded, or shared with anyone. It is not used to train AI models. It is not handed to advertisers. There is no 'partners we share with' paragraph in this policy because there are no such partners.
How it's protected
Everything travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Card details are entered on a secure, PCI-compliant payment page and never touch our servers — we cannot see your card number. Sessions use signed, HttpOnly cookies. Booking data lives in an access-controlled database, and every change to a booking is logged, so there is always a paper trail.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept as long as needed to run your drop, deliver your proof, and satisfy basic accounting. Retired ad images are deleted. Want your data gone sooner? Email info@bookabillboard.today from your sign-in address and we'll erase it — usually within a few days.
